Born in Bathurst, N.B., he was a son of Raymond and Gertrude (MacGarth) David, Bathurst, N.B. Besides his parents, he survived by his wife, the former Aldea Vienneau; son, Phillip, Edmonton, Alta.; daughter, Sylvie, Timberlea; brothers, Omer, New Market, Ont.; Edmond, Florida; Richard, Halifax; Andrew, Paul and Robert, Bathurst, N.B.; sisters, Nicol Simson, Hamilton, Ont.; Lada Roy, Surrey, B.C.; Theresa Boudreau, Robertville, N.B.; Lillian Lecouter, Pauline Delagard, Paulette Godin, Bathurst, N.B.; grandchildren, Amelia and Benjamin.
