DOYLE, Donna Mae Margaret - 62, Halifax. God has called another one of his angels home. Donna Mae passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2007, in Maplestone Enhanced Care, Halifax, after a long illness with multiple sclerosis. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Lola (Dooks) Shears of Musquodoboit Harbour and the late Cavin R. Shears. She is survived by her husband, Larry M.; brothers, Mark Shears, Ship Harbour; Tom Shears, Musquodoboit Harbour. The family will receive visitors 2-3 p.m., with a celebration of Donna Mae's life being held at 3 p.m., Saturday, December 15, both from the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon, Pastor Kenneth Parrett officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Maplestone Recreation Department or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Atlantic Division, in Donna Mae's memory.
