
| FINCK, William "Isaac" - 79, Bayswater, formerly a resident of East Ironbound Island, Lunenburg Co., passed away August 26, 2003, in Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg, after a lengthy illness. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Willis and Mary Ellen (Wambolt) Finck. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Mildred E. Welner. Isaac was a inshore fisherman until his retirement in 1996. He was a member of Mill Cove United Baptist Church and the Seasiders Senior Citizens Club, Blandford. He will be sadly missed by his sons, Robert (Donna), Barss Corner; Philip (Elizabeth), Boutilier's Point; daughter, Fay Anne (Bob) Isnor, Beaver Bank; lovingly remembered by his grandsons, Jeremie, Jason, Alexander, Laurence Finck, W. Allan and Matthew Isnor, and his granddaughter Katherine Finck; brother, Arthur, Halifax; sisters, Marion McInnis, Halifax; Rita Murley, Berwick. He was predeceased by sister, Mildred Poole (Summerside, P.E.I.). The family will receive visitors 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 2 p.m. Thursday, August 28, both in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon, Rev. Dan Green officiating. Burial to follow in Blandford Baptist Cemetery. Family flowers only.
