FLOYD, Ruby Augus- 84, Boutilier's Point, passed away Friday, November 20, 2009, in Parkstone Enhanced Care, Halifax. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Hal and Maude (Barkhouse) Gallagher. Ruby was employed for many years with the Ladies Arcade Shop in Halifax Shopping Centre. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed dancing to her favourite country tunes. She is survived by son, Gary, Boutilier's Point; daughter Carolyn Cole, Gold River; brother, Mathew Gallagher, Dartmouth; sister, Evelyn (Lavern) Steers, Halifax; grandchildren, Brad and Tylia. She was predeceased by her husband, Scott and sister, Muriel. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday in St. James Anglican Church, Boutilier's Point.
