HARNISH, Russell Allan - 62, Birchy Head, passed away Monday, August 29, 2005, at home. Born in Birchy Head, he was the son of the late Allan and Blanche (McInnis) Harnish. Russell worked his adult life in the fishing industry in the St. Margaret's Bay area. He was an avid bingo and card player. He is survived by his wife, Edith (Jollymore); son, Clifford (Debbie), Halifax; sisters, Gloria (Elmer) Kline, Sims Settlement; Rosalene (Barry) Coolen, Dartmouth; grandson, Christopher; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his nephew, Shayne. Visitation will be held 2-4 p.m. Thursday, September 1. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, September 2, both will be held in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards, Rev. Jim Greene officiating. Burial to follow in St. James Anglican Church, Fox Point.
