
| HARNISH, Tony Odess - 42, East River, passed away April 11, 2005, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Born in Halifax, April 12, 1962, he was the son of Odess and Carol (Harnish) Harnish, Mill Cove. Tony's love for his family will be remembered by all that knew him. He and his daughter, Lori-Ann had special interest in their classic 69 Camaro. Tyler and his father enjoyed their involvement in minor hockey. Tony was avid sport fisherman, hunter and ATVer. He spent many hours at his cottage on Fox Point Lake and will be remembered by many of the residents cruising the lake with his friends on his love boat. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, the former Cindy R. Cook; son, Tyler; daughter, Lori-Ann, both at home; brothers, Randall (Tina), Liverpool; Kirk, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.; sister, Gail, Mill Cove; maternal grandmother, Helen Harnish, Mill Cove; brothers-in-law, David Cook, Sackville; Randy (Dawn) Cook, East River; sisters-in-law, Darlene (Danny) Kaizer, East River; Christine (Wade) Oakley, Beech Hill; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday in St. Stephens Anglican Church, Chester, Rev. Jim McCorriston and Rev. Dan Green officiating. Burial to follow in St. George's Church Cemetery, East River. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Palliative Care, VG Site, QEII, Halifax.
