Doris Jean Harnish

85, of Queensland, passed away Saturday March 26, 2011 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Queensland she was the daughter of the late Percy and Edna (Brigley) Snair. Doris worked many years at the Hubbards Post Office.  Survived by her husband Burnald; son, Paul (Irene), Wentzell Lake; daughter, Coralee (Wayne) Pearson, Ingramport; grandchildren, Jennifer, Thea and Adam; brothers, Ronald (Shirley), Timberlea; Douglas (Jackilyn), Queensland; sister-in-law, Rita, Queensland; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson, Gregory; brother Maurice. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday March 30th in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Rev. Laurie Omstead officiating. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice.
