HARNISH, Margaret Alice- 87, of Mill Cove, Lunenburg Co., passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2001, in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of Edna (Jennings, DeHart) Buree, Halifax, and the late William J. DeHart. Margaret was a former member of St. Mark's Anglican Church Guild and the Orange Lodge. Surviving are sons, Melvin, Marcus, both of Mill Cove; Paul, Beaver Bank; daughters, Thelma Baker, Edna Harnish, both of Mill Cove; Brenda Coolen, Halifax; Patsy Harnish, Mill Cove; 22 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Creighton; sons, George, Eric and Ronnie; daughter, Sandra; brother, St. Clair. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral service 2 p.m., Saturday in St. Mark's Anglican Church, Mill Cove, Rev. Mark Pretty officiating. Burial in the St. James' Anglican Church Cemetery, Fox Point.
