HARNISH, Phyllis Madeline - 81, Hubbards. Born February 10, 1920, in Hubbards, passed away peacefully in Shoreham Village, Chester, April 12, 2001. Daughter of Guy and Ruth (Shankel) Harnish. She was a lifelong resident of Hubbards, an ardent admirer of nature and was happiest paddling on Mill Lake. She was a long-time member of St. Luke's choir. She is survived by her brother, Roy, Hubbards and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Clyde R. Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Memorial service will be held in St. Luke's Anglican Church, Hubbards, 2 p.m. Monday, Rev. Mark Pretty officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall. Donations may be made to St. Luke's Memorial Fund.
