Annie Helen Hemeon

89 passed away Friday April 15, 2011 at the Parkstone Enhanced Care Residence in Halifax. She was formally from Upper Tantallon and Halifax. Born in Alberton, PEI, she was a daughter of the late James and Mary Anne (Gallant) Millman. She is survived by her son Rod (Pamela), Australia; daughter Suzanne (Larry) Horne, Upper Tantallon; grandchildren Michael, Melanie, Tiffiny and Nicholas; Sisters-in-law Blanche Millman, Dartmouth; Ruth Millman, Alberton, PEI. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Rodney V. Hemeon; brothers Walter, Edward, William, Frederick, Erskine; sisters Carrie, Margaret and Mae making Annie the last surviving member of her immediate family. There will be no funeral by request. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Tantallon. Interment will be held at Arcadia Cemetery in Yarmouth at a later date.
