LANGILLE, Granville Ernest - 87, Glen Haven passed away suddenly Tuesday, July 15, 2008, in Dartmouth General Hospital, Dartmouth. Born in Head of St. Margaret's Bay, he was the son of the late Cyril and Jessie (Boutilier) Langille. Granville lobster fished for many years and also worked as a handyman for many of the residents of the St. Margaret's Bay area. He enjoyed working in his vegetable garden and will be remembered by his family and many friends for his kind demeanor. He is survived by his wife, the former Rhoda Hubley; daughter, Noreen (Francis) Boutilier, Tantallon; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Violet Dorey; brother, Vincent. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Homes, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday July 18, in St. Georges Anglican Church, Head of St. Margaret's Bay, Rev. Mark Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.
