MACAULAY,
Diane Joan - 58, Queensland. It is with great sadness that we announce
the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother and sister on Tuesday, May
22, 2007, in QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Halifax, she was
a daughter of the late Kenneth and Florence (Burns) Macaulay. She is
survived by her loving husband, Keith Jollimore; sons, Kevin, New Brunswick;
Paul (Shannon), Saskatchewan; grandchildren, Jared, Mason, Davis, Xandr,
Nick; brothers, Ronnie (Rose), Ingramport; Donnie (Peggy), Fort
Saskatchewan; Bobby, Halifax; Gary, Boutilierís Point; Alan, St. Johnís;
David (Kim), Queensland; sisters, Linda (Don) Foley, Halifax; Judy (Robert)
Butler; Black Point; Cheryl (Mike) DeGiano, Hubbards; Donna (Peter) Grant,
Hubbards; Janice Campbell, Sims Settlement. She was predeceased by sister,
Carol Ann in infancy. Diane was a kind and gentle lady who never complained
even through the rough spots in her life. She showed great courage when she
was diagnosed with lung cancer and won that battle through her positive
attitude and perseverance. Diane found great joy in some of lifeís most
simple pleasures. She will be missed by her little dog, Taz. ìOur sisterís
dinners will never be the same without youî. The family will receive
visitors 7-9 p.m. Thursday, May 24. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m.
Friday both in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards, Rev. Jim Greene
