MAILMAN, Madeline Lavetta "Mady"
-81. It is with saddened hearts that we announce that Madeline Mailman
passed away on December 22, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Robert
and Minnie (Manuel) Graves of Black Point. She will be greatly missed by her
sister, Helen Graves, Halifax; and brothers, Rodney Graves, Halifax; Bernard
(Hazel) Graves, Stewiacke; and Gordon Graves, Alberta. She was a wonderful
mom to her children, Douglas (Brenda) Graves, Ontario; Helen Mailman,
Halifax; and Patricia Mailman, Lakeside. A special "Nan" to her
grandchildren, Heidi (Sean) Shea-McGowan, Tantallon; Darrin (Jill) Wilson,
Fox Point; and Dawn (Brad Lohnes) Wilson, Hubbards. Affectionately known
as"Nanny Mom" to her great-grandchildren, Owen Shea-McGowan, Callum
Shea-McGowan, Jenna Wilson, Jayden Wilson, and step- great-grandson, Tristan
Kelly and "Nanny Mailbox" to her youngest great-granddaughter, Haley Wilson.
She was predeceased by her parents, and brothers, Murray, George, Charles
and Scott. Cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at
a later date. By request, there will be no memorial service. Many thanks to
