MacDONALD, Bruce Scott - 59, of Hubbards, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2009, in QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Halifax he was the son of the late Hector and Jaunita (Jollimore) MacDonald. Bruce will be remembered by his family and friends for his quick wit, kind heart and his love for his family. He worked for Pittsburgh Glass for over 30 years. Bruce also had an interest and a collection of old clocks and was known to many as a collector of time. He was also an avid antique car and motorcycle buff. He is survived by his wife, Janice ěJennyî; son, Jeff, Halifax; daughter, Kelly Ann (Brian Hurshman), Fox Point; sisters, Janice (Fred) Rutt, Mill Cove; Patsy (Raymond) Spurr, Lawrencetown; grandchildren, Victoria Lynn and Abigail Caladora MacDonald; nephews, Steven Rutt, Paul and Derek Spurr, John Crowe; nieces, Tammy Smith, Bonnie Bellwood and Nancy Langille; numerous great nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his sister, Carolyn Crowe. The family will receive visitors 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, March 18. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, March 19 both in Ronald A.
