NIED (Young), Lyla Mable-80, of Halifax, formerly of Blandford, passed away Monday, March 9, 2009, in Northwood Care Inc., Halifax. Born in Blandford, she was the daughter of the late Borden and Florence (Meisner) Young. Survived by sons, Bryant (Freda), Fall River; Errold ìBuzzî (Celeste), Chester Basin; Gary, St. John; Dennis (Debbie), Dartmouth; Gregory (Margo), Bridgewater; brother, Glenn Lester Young, Waltham, Mass.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother, Dr. Crossman Harley Young. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday March 12 from Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Rev. Laura McCue officiating.
