O'NEILL, Christopher Patrick - 54, Hubbards, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2002. Born in Black Point, Halifax Co., he was the son of the late William and Pearl (Romkey) O'Neill. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Darlene (Dauphinee); his children, Jennifer and Ryan; mother-in-law, Doris Dauphinee; close family friend, Rev. Eric Theriault; aunt, Anna (O'Neill) Kubik, and a number of cousins. He had been employed with the Guardian Drug Store (Tantallon) and was a good friend to his co-workers. He was also an active member in the Hubbards community, serving on the St. Luke's Cemetery Committee for over 10 years. In recent years, he had become involved in sailing in Hubbards as well. He will be remembered for his great sense of humour and his bad taste in music. He was a supportive husband and father, loved by his family, and was also a wonderful friend. He was very proud of both Jennifer and Ryan. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. His body is resting in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards, where visitation will be held Saturday, December 7, between 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be held Sunday, December 8, at 2 p.m. in St. Luke's Anglican Church, Hubbards. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
