PEARSON, Cecelia Rose - 88, Chester, formerly of Tantallon, passed away Friday, June 20, 2008, in Shoreham Village Nursing Home, Chester. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Letitea (Stevens) Coughran. Rose will be fondly remembered by her family and her many friends for her kindness, generosity and her loving gentle spirit. She is survived by her sons, Wayne (Coralee), Ingramport; Robert "Bobby", Sackville; Ralph (Dorothy), Simms Settlement; brothers, Ralph, Whites Lake; Walter, Sackville; sister, Joan White, Halifax; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank; son, Charles; a number of brothers and sisters; two grandchildren. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday, funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, both in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon, Father Rev. Chinedu Chukwu officiating.
