POTTIE, Henry Joseph - 60, Indian Harbour passed away Monday, June 16, 2008, in the VG Site, QEII, Halifax. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Frederick A. (Kathleen), Indian Harbour, and late Muriel Mary (Lund) Pottie. Henry worked for many years in Prince Rupert in the Lumber Mill and returned home to his love of fishing. He is survived by his son, Henry, Indian Harbour; daughter, Heather, Ottawa; sister, Carol, Hammonds Plains. He was predeceased by his brother, Ivan. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 18, at 2 p.m. in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon, Father James Richards officiating. Burial to follow in St. Margaret's of Scotland Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Glen Margaret. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
