REID, Gregory William - 73, Hubbards, passed away Monday, June 23, 2008, in St. Vincent's Nursing Home, Halifax. Born in Dominion, Cape Breton, Greg was a son of the late William (Scotland) and Anastasia (Browner) Reid (Dominion). Greg's seven grandchildren will remember him fondly as Gramps. He worked in the carpentry trade and heavy marine structures industry. He is survived by sons, John Hugh (Shelley) and Trevor William (Jeannie), both of Dartmouth; daughter, Gail (Jamie) Dominey, Fox Point; brothers, Connie (Vera), Thomas (Trudy), Hugh (Eleanor); sisters, Anne, Anita, Claire, Charlotte; grandchildren, Sarah, Simon, Tova, Matthew, Maxwell, Shelby, and Cassie. He was predeceased by sisters, Dorothy, Teresa, and his long-time partner, Patricia Robinson. Family will receive visitors Friday 7-9 p.m., funeral service celebrating Greg's life will be held Saturday at 11 a.m., both in Ronald A.
