RICHARDSON, Douglas Abner - 71, Northwest Cove, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2004. Born in Indian Harbour, he was a son of the late George and Ruth (Bauckman) Richardson. Doug was self-employed fisherman for many years and also worked as a foreman with Atlantic Sea products in Hubbards and Sambro. Doug dearly loved music and always shared his talents with friends and neighbours. He was always active participant in many of the local fundraiser. He is survived by his wife, the former Gladys Coolen; brother, Wesley (Helen), Hackett's Cove; sister, Lillian Billard, Indian Harbour; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation today 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Mill Cove Baptist Church, Birch Head, Pastor Richard Moore officiating.
