ROBINSON, Douglas Graham "Joe" - 77, French Village, passed away Friday, September 20, 2002, in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born in Sussex, N.B., he was a son of the late George and Helena (Bishop) Robinson. Douglas served in the RCAF as a instrumentation technician during the Second World War. He was retired from NCR with 25 years service. He is survived by sons, Joe Graham (Tracy) and Edward George, both of British Columbia; daughter, Anne (Gary Cornish) Robinson, French Village; brother, Arthur, Salisbury, N.B.; sisters, Carmen (Bob) James, Sussex, N.B.; Helen (Ed) Perry, Bridgewater; Ruth (Bruce) Crawford, Dartmouth; grandchildren, Bill, James, Anthony, Sarah and Grace; great-grandson, Bailey; companion, Jean Belliveau. He was predeceased by his wife, Beulah Marie (Cann); son, Timmothy James. A family committal will be held at a later date in William Black Memorial Cemetery, Glen Margaret. Services have been entrusted to the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Homes, Tantallon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
