RONDEAU, Clyde Edward - 58, of Tantallon, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2006, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late John F.G. and Muriel (Chandler) Rondeau. Clyde was an active hockey and baseball player in his younger years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, ATVing and "Camp Get Together". Clyde was an accomplished carpenter and his work is spread throughout the community. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, the former Betty Richardson; sons, Troy (Jacqueline), Seabright; Brad, Tantallon; daughters, Tammy (Mark), Hammonds Plains; Melissa, New Minas; granddaughter, "Grampie's girl" Allison; brothers, John (June), Tantallon; Paul (Gloria), Tantallon; Barrie (Margie), Halifax; Derrick (Brenda), Tantallon; sister, Diane (Robert) Little, Kentville; many brothers and sisters-in-law along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, November 21, in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Margaret's Anglican Church, Tantallon, Rev. Mark Marshall officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
