
| RUTLEDGE, James Gordon - 61, Boutilier's Point, passed away Monday, December 3, 2007. Born in Toronto, he was a son of the late Gordon and Mary Ann (Mills) Rutledge. Jim was an active member of the Halifax County District No. 1 Fire Department, Black Point, and served in many positions over the years. He was also an avid sailor and worked for many years in the electronics field. He is survived by his wife, Janice Jackson; daughters, Christine, Port Hope; Jillian, Halifax; son, James, Cambridge; grandson, Jesse; brother, Robert; sister, Virginia, both of Ontario; three nieces and one nephew. He was predeceased by sister, Margaret. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday in St. James Anglican Church, Boutilier's Point, Rev. Mark Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
