SABEAN, Evelyn Dorothy - 94, Halifax, formerly of Hubley and Weymouth, passed away January 8, 2005, in Northwood Centre, Halifax. Born in Ashmore, Digby Co., she was the daughter of the late Amos and Lousia (Nesbitt) Hill. Surviving are sons, Frank, Halifax; Irvin (Pauline), Hubley; daughters, Emily (Weldon) Rhyno, Hubley; Jean (Wilfred) White, Tantallon; Betty (Clyde) Kedy, Tantallon; Susan (Gerry) Titus, Hubley; her chosen daughters, Jane and Nancy, both of Halifax; number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Hallett B. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Tantallon. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Andrews Anglican Church, Timberlea. A committal will be at a later date in Weymouth.
