SHEA, Florence Mary - 85, Head of St. Margaret's Bay. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Florence passed away on February 1, 2006, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Boylston, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Catherine (Flavin) Hall. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Victor; children, Alexander (Betty) MacPherson, Montague, P.E.I.; Henry (Irene) Shea; Beverley (Reg) Langille; Marian Shea; all of Head of St. Margarets Bay; Yvonne (Phillip) Hilton, Hubbards; loving Grammie to 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, the youngest, four month old namesake, Maya Florence. She was predeceased by her first husband, Patrick MacPherson; sons, Joseph Jerome MacPherson, Michael Douglas Shea, Charles Peter Shea, and Gerard Anthony Shea; daughters, Mary Theresa Shea and Carmel Helena Shea; grandson, Daniel Langille. Her love and devotion to her family, her positive attitude and steadfast faith were an inspiration to us all. Her love will live in our hearts forever. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, February 3, in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Hubbards, Rev. James Richards officiating. Burial to follow in St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Sims Settlement.
