Shelley was born November 24, 1962, and passed away Feb 10, 2012, at QE11 (Infirmary) Halifax.  She was predeceased by her mother Jacqueline Payne and father Charles Tupper , sister Sherry  and brother David, her uncle Ray and aunt Patsy. She is survived by her adopted father Russell Payne, sister Cheryl (Brenda),  brother Dana (Janice), nephew Matthew (Ryan), uncles Nelson and Jack Boutilier, uncle Roland Payne, uncle Reg and aunt Rhoda Tupper,  also many cousins, and her devoted friend Ray Jollimore, as well as her three cats  Millie, Mullin and  Possum.  Shelley was a kind, talented woman who enjoyed people, and loved children and animals.  She will never be forgotten by those who love her.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at 11 am. from St. George's Anglican Church, Head of St. Margaret's Bay. Rev Paul Findlay, Officiating.  Burial will be held at a  later date in the church cemetery.  Family flowers only and donations can be made to the Halifax SPCA or charity of your choice.
