WESTHAVER, Cecil Keith - 68, Shoreham Village, Chester, formerly of Fox Point, passed away September 6, 2001, in Shoreham Village, Chester. Born in Fox Point, he was a son of the late Clarence and Clara (Harnish) Westhaver. Cecil was a carpenter by trade and was an avid card player, attending many of the community card games. He is survived by sister, Helen (Mrs. Jerome Kavanaugh), Dartmouth; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Elsie, Minnie; brothers, George, Alfie, Burton, Cyril. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in St. James Anglican Church, Fox Point, Rev. Mark Pretty officiating. Burial in the old St. James Anglican Church Cemetery, Fox Point. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shoreham Village.
