YOUNG, Kathleen Rosalie "Kay" - 98, Upper Blandford, passed away December 15, 2003, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in England, she was the daughter of the late William and Rose (Piper) Etherington. Kay was an active member of the St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Blandford, where she was the organist for many years and treasurer for 29 years. She was a member of the Blandford Seasiders Seniors Club. Surviving are her husband, Scott C.; son, Calvin (June), Bridgewater; grandson, Matthew, Fox Point. She was predeceased by grandchildren, Lisa Ann and Kyle; sisters, Winnifred, Clara, Connie and Isabel. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 20, in St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Blandford, Rev. Randy Townsend officiating. Burial to follow in Blandford Baptist Cemetery.
