REEVES, Clifford Paul
REEVES, Clifford Paul - 72, Ingramport, passed away July 1, 2005, as a result of
a motor vehicle accident in Head of St. Margaret's Bay. He was a son of the late
Roland and Gladys (Nogle) Reeves. Clifford was an auto body repair mechanic for
most of his life working at A.E. Fowles Pools. He loved country music, antique
cars and motorcycles. He also loved to travel, and enjoyed being with his
buddies and family. He is survived by his stepdaughters, Rose Marie (Misner)
(Ronald) MacAulay, Ingramport; Wanita "Helen" (Roberto) Sani, Halifax; stepson,
Keith Lorne Misner, Black Point; granddaughter, Darlene MacAulay;
great-granddaughters, Ashley and Alysia; brothers, Edward, Halifax. He was
predeceased by his wife, Ruth (Misner); brothers, Clarence and Roland; sisters,
Daisy Sankey and Avaldres "Helen" Liggins. Visitation will be held Tuesday 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral service will be
held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. James Anglican Church, Boutilier's Point, Rev.
Mark Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of
flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. On-line

BROOKS, Nicholas Clive
BROOKS, Nicholas Clive - 65, Stillwater Lake, passed away suddenly on July 3,
2005, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Nicholas was born in Cardiff,
Wales, and served with the Royal Air Force. He retired from the Canadian Forces
with 32 years of service. He was also an active member of St. Margaret's Bay
Lion's Club. He is survived by his wife, Lynn; son, Andrew John, Halifax;
daughter, Sarah, Hale, U.K. A family committal service will be held at a later
date in St. George's Anglican Church, Head of St. Margaret's Bay. In lieu of
flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or S.P.C.A.

KELLY, Sheila
KELLY, Sheila - 54, Timberlea, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2005, peacefully in
the arms of her family. Sheila was born August 7, 1950, in Port Credit, Ont., a
daughter of the late Charles and Beulah (Armstrong) Kelly. Surviving are her
daughters, Carolin (Junior), Cheryl (Doug), Christa (Grant), Carrie "Dauphiee"
(Franco); sisters, Karen (Earl), Anne, Kathy, Connie, and Judy (Tom);
grandchildren, Catlin, Rachel (Father Danny), Brock, and Brooklyn; numerous
nieces and nephews, and several grandnieces and nephews. She will be first
remembered as a mother, a granna, sister and friend. Mom will continue to shine
with grace and strength in our hearts. And to those our mother visited everyday,
a special thanks for allowing her into your homes and hearts. You gave her
something to live for and someone to talk to. She loved us all no matter what.
Funeral service will be held 4 p.m. Friday, July 8, in Ronald A. Walker Funeral

EDWARDS, Allan Dexter
EDWARDS, Allan Dexter - 76, Seabright, passed away Friday, July 8, 2005, from
emphysema, with his family by his side. Born in Dartmouth, he is survived by his
wife, Barbara (Thorne, Corning); stepchildren, Stephen, Linda, Frank (Cathy),
Judy (Fred) Sanford, Steven (Tanis); six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter;
sisters, Wilma (Lou Garnet), Sylvia (Bill Moore) and Mavis. He was predeceased
by parents, Carleton and Florence (Carter) Edwards, and siblings, Carl, Nava,
Betty, Maurice, Joyce and David. Allan spent many years in British Columbia and
was a great outdoorsman enjoying heli skiing, dirt biking, landscaping and
gardening. He was a cabinet maker and contractor by trade. He was a veteran of
the military as a paratrooper. He was an equestrian show jumper and rider, and
later worked as a cowboy in the mountains. He became a ski instructor and a
member of the ski patrol. As assistant fire chief he was a dedicated member of
the Celista British Columbia Volunteer Fire Department. Allan was an
accomplished musician playing a variety of wind instruments, he was also a tenor
soloist. In the latter years he enjoyed computer games, was an avid bridge
player and was a great competitor in any card or board game. Funeral to be held
11 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, in St. Peter's Anglican Church in Hackett's Cove, Rev.
Irving Letto officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Allan's memory can be
made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia , 17 Alma Cres., Halifax, NS B3N

BOUTILIER, Robert Lawerence
BOUTILIER, Robert Lawerence - 54, Halifax and formerly of Boutilier's Point,
passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2005, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre,
Halifax. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Elwood and Ethel (Williams)
Boutilier. He is survived by his wife, the former Gail G. Shaw; daughters,
Colleen Muis, Clements Village; Denise (Tiger) Roth, West Palm Beach; brother,
David (Sharon), Hubbards; sisters, Joan, Boutilier's Point; Helen (Ken),
Bridgewater; grandchildren, Kyela, Codi, T.J., and Dustin. A family service to
held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice.
