MacPHAIL, Constance
MacPHAIL, Constance - 76, Queensland, passed away suddenly September 8, 2005, in
QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. She was born in Forres, Scotland. She will
be sadly missed by her loving husband of 53 years, Joseph B. MacPhail; sons,
Wayne, Queensland; Craig, West Jeddore; daughter, Joanne, Toronto; sisters,
Jess, Eganville, Ont.; Betly, Forres, Scotland; brothers, Dougal, Queensland,
Australia; Kenny, Scotland; grandchildren, Angela, Ian, Jacqueline, Myles, Colby
and Chad; sister-in-law, Gennetta (Roger) Tobia, England. Visitation will be
held 6-8 p.m. Sunday in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. A graveside
service will be held 11 a.m. Monday in the Baptist Cemetery, Masons Point, Rev.

Mother resided at Arborstone, 126 Purcells cove Road for the past few months.
She liked the staff that cared for her, and the new friends she made during her
brief stay. Thank you go to everyone who came into her life at Arborstone and
all those who visited.
MALLOY, Frances Elizabeth
MALLOY, Frances Elizabeth - 91, Upper Tantallon, formerly of Queensland, passed
away Monday, September 26, 2005, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
Born in Queensland, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Lila (Westhaver)
Snair. Her greatest achievements were her family and friends and her two "29"
hands in cribbage. She will be sadly missed by son, Murray (Beulah), Indian
Harbour Lake, Guysborough Co.; daughter, Ethel (Doug) O'Toole, Upper Tantallon;
seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband,
Dave; brothers, Cecil and Percy; infant daughters, Edna and Shirley. The family
will receive visitors 7-9 p.m. today in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Luke's Anglican Church,
Hubbards, Rev. Jim Greene officiating. Burial to follow in St. John's Anglican
Church Cemetery, Queensland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia and/or Canadian Cancer Society.
