PAYN, Thomas Victor - 52, New Orleans and Hubbards, passed away in June 2007 in New Orleans. Tom was a son of Thomas "Tom" and Anna Marie (Dufrene) Payn, New Orlands and Hubbards. Surviving besides his parents are his wife, the former Kim Kopke; sons, Scott, Patrick, and Daniel; grandson, Thomas Helmuth; brother, Richard, and a number of nieces and nephews. A service celebrating the life of Thomas Victor Payn will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 2, in St. Luke's Anglican Church, Hubbards, Rev. Laurie Omstead officiating. WILSON, Faye Louise - 62, West Dover, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2008, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Judson and Minnie (Publicover) Smeltzer. Faye started working at the age of 19 in Toronto in administration returning to West Dover and working at the Sou'Wester Gift Shop. She enjoyed spending many hours doing her needle point and she loved her two cats, Cheetah and Bear and will be remembered fondly by her family and many friends. Surviving are her brother, Joe (Helen), West Dover; sisters, Shirley (Douglas) Lynch, Hatchet Lake; Betty (Oliver) Morash, West Dover; Sylvia (Edgel) Chandler, Tantallon; Susie (Gary) Zinck, Hatchet Lake; stepchildren, Deanna and Tanya; special niece, Roberta, along with numerous nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Amos (Norma) Morash, West Dover. She was predeceased by her husband, Russell. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday September 11, in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon, Rev. BOUTILIER, Timothy Andrew - 38, passed away peacefully at home in Boutilier's Point Monday, September 15, 2008, after a long struggle with Huntington's disease. Born in Germany, he was a son of the late Ian and Sharon (Isnor) Boutilier. Tim was a proud member of the armed forces until his illness ended his military career. Tim loved his son Cody, rock and roll music and chocolate ice cream. He is survived by his son, Cody and Cody's mother, Shelly; sister, Angela (Mark) Tyler; niece, Sharon; nephew, Timothy, Weymouth; stepmother, Maria Boutilier; stepbrother, Nicholas Hall and by his caregivers for the past five years, Tom and Liza Selig and their family. He was predeceased by his brother, Ian Allan Stanley. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, September 18, funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, September 19, both in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy's Cove Rd., Tantallon, Rev. Mark Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in William Black Memorial Cemetery, Glen Margaret. Flowers are welcome. ZINCK, Theresa Marguerite - 89, Walden, and formerly of Black Point, passed away Monday, September 15, 2008, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Ingramport, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Prudence (Graves) Snair. Theresa worked until her retirement for Snair's Bakery, Black Point. She was an avid Atv'er and took pleasure in many outdoor activities and the special times spent with her husband Allister at their camp. She is survived by her husband, Allister; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Harry, Willie, Beverley, Earl and Roy; sisters, Melda, Pearl, Hilda, Ella; three siblings in infancy. A family graveside service will be held 4 p.m. today in Black Point Cemetery, Black Point, Rev. Jennifer Joudrey officiating. BOUTILIER, Hannah Eliza - 90, of Cambridge, Ont. passed away on Tuesday September 16, 2008 in Cambridge, Ont. Born October 14, 1917 in St. Margaret's Bay. She was the daughter of the late Mark and Annie May (Boutilier) Boutilier. Hannah was a long-time employee of Robert Simpson's, Halifax and Montreal for 27 years. She retired from Co-operators Insurance in Toronto. She volunteered for several organizations over the years. She enjoyed sewing, reading and listening to music. Hannah had a very strong strength in her religion. She is survived by a sister, Eleanor Dalziel, Halifax; brother, George Boutilier, Eastern Passage; nephew, Wilbert (Billy) Kaiser, Tantallon; nieces, Anna Mae Druce and Donna Eleanor Webber, Ontario; 13 great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her twin sisters, Jennie May and Laura Jane and twin brothers, Albert and Avery; sister, Lydia Eleanor Kaiser; nephews, John William and Garin Allen; niece, Brenda Lydia, Hubley. A private family service will be held in St. James Anglican Church, Boutilier's Point with burial to follow in church cemetery. She will be sadly missed by her surviving family members. Home at last. HUTT, Keith Reginald - 76, of Upper Tantallon passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family Friday, September 19, 2008, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Tantallon, he was the son of the late William E. and Hilda F. (Boutilier) Hutt. Keith was retired from Sears Canada. He was an avid sportsman and was known for his bullet arm when he played ball. Keith also enjoyed hunting and fishing and will be remembered fondly by his family and many friends. Survived by son, Dana; granddaughter, Madelyn; brothers, Norman (Bettye), Murray; sister, Olive McDonald, all of Tantallon; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Frances "Frankie" (Dauphinee); sons, Gary, Martin and Dale; brothers, Ross and Max. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 23, in St. Margaret's Anglican Church, Tantallon, Rev. Mark Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Alice worked for Canada Post as a postmistress in the post office in Hubbards. She was predeceased by her husband, Breton; brother, Lawrence; sister, Annie.
